CASA FUELLE, CASA FUSTA
The client developed with the architect 2 properties to be developed from the ground up – both private residences, one for his family and the other to be rented out as an investment. The architectural scheme for both buildings is very similar although details differences reflect specific requirements of the client that had to be taken into consideration in the lighting scheme.
The emphasis from the client was value for money, simplicity in operation of the lighting and integrating the lighting in a comfortable and elegant manner which would require minimal maintenance in the years ahead.
