HOTEL ACANTILADO
New-build 4-star hotel facing the sea on the Costa de la Luz, Andalucia. The lighting concept reinforces the sense of connection between interior and exterior views and the architectonic elements that permeate this. Scope of works includes all 210 rooms, principal and secondary lobbies, circulation areas, restaurant and cafeteria, social areas, gym, multi-storey car parking areas, main facades and external and internal landscaped areas.
As always, it was important to take into account the architect’s vision for the project. Also that the hotel is on a plot directly adjacent to the Mediterranean sea, that night sky light contamination be minimized and that sense be made of the landscaping feel of the architectural concept. The lighting design intent reinforces the sense of connection between interior and exterior views and the architectonic elements that permeate these.
